Have you heard of L-tryptophan? It’s supposedly a natural chemical within turkey that assists in making you feel drowsy after eating it. I guess it’s that and the combination of turkey with potatoes, stuffing, drinks and pies that puts you in to a total food coma. Oh, I love a good food coma – how about you?
That made me think about where I’ll be taking my turkey nap this year. Hopefully the cleanup won’t be too bad so I can secure a cozy spot on the couch.
