It’s New Year’s Eve and with Champagne bottles being popped tonight, I figured I’d share this absolutely delicious Champagne recipe that works great as a cocktail drink after your toast or a New Years day brunch drink: side note, trade Champagne with sparkling cider for a non-alcoholic version!
Ingredients for 2 Cocktails:
1 1/2 cups Champagne
2 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed
1 cup ice
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until completely mixed. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh fruit. Enjoy & hope you all have a Happy New Year!
