So you won’t need a passport to where we’re going today! Boston the capital and largest city in Massachusetts, is also one of the nation’s oldest cities. New England encompasses several states, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont as well as Massachusetts. Boston, however, is the heart of New England. Known for some pretty amazing sports teams (earning the name “Titletown” for various sports titles won) as well as being home to the oldest restaurant, oldest inn, Fenway Park and the place where “Everybody knows your name” – this gorgeous city is nothing short of charm. With a rich history, with contributing events like the Boston Tea Party and Paul Revere’s “Midnight Ride”, as well as a unique culture made up of diverse people from all over the world, there is style and inspiration everywhere you look. Coastal New England has long served as architectural and decor inspiration, boasting beautiful colonial style homes, and ocean side inns. I could not help but be inspired by it as well! Let’s take a walk along the Freedom Trail and discover design inspired by the beauty of Boston. =)
