Inmod Offers Virtual Backgrounds For Your Video Conference Meetings

Oh the joys working from home can bring. Shuffling to your computer desk in your slippers. Your hair still maintaining the shaped created by a great night’s sleep and your pillow. You sign into all of your daily work platforms to get your day started. All’s going well, your commute was fantastic, your home smells like coffee, and you are ready to start your day. PING! A message from your supervisor calling a video conference and a link to the Zoom platform is sent to everyone.

All of a sudden your “Morning Mood” montage record scratches into “Flight Of The Bumblebee” as you realize you are not ready for the public’s eye. EEK! Neither is your work space. When did all of Fido’s or Whisker’s toys get all over the living room? How long have you been a recycling plant for water bottles? How long has the little one’s Picasso art been on the wall?

Don’t panic! Now, while you get camera ready, we’ve got you covered with the home situation. How, you ask? Easy, we say. Virtual Backgrounds! Zoom has this awesome feature that allows you to change your background and it looks like you’re really there.

Inmod now has virtual backgrounds that you can choose from. Different schemes and room backgrounds are available for selection with one click. And, YES, they are as lovely as you can imagine. Here at Inmod, we too are working from home and have been utilizing the platform to conduct staff meetings. These photos are created by and used by our very own Inmod staff and stamped with approval. Follow the steps below to get your background setup:

Step 1: Find your favorite background photos below and save them to your desktop.

Step 2: On Zoom, click the gear settings in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Click “Virtual Background” from the bar on the left.

Step 4: Press the plus sign to upload the photo of your choice.

**Be careful not to move too quickly to maintain the realism of the background.**

Download your favorites below! And if you use one during a meeting, snap a sneaky pic and tag us @Inmod
