Million Dollar Decorators: Could You Spend $3 Mil on Furniture?

On last night’s episode of Bravo’s Million Dollar Decorators, we saw designer Jeffrey Alan Marks complete the decor of a gorgeous home in La Jolla, the staircase shown above.

The second episode of this series follows Jeffrey through the install of the home, a process that is three years in the making. At some point in the episode, he tells us that furniture alone was $3 million dollars!

Which makes us wonder, could you spend $3 mil on furniture alone? What would you buy? I think I could do at least $1 million….especially if I started with one of these.
