Have Your Furniture and Eat It Too

To create the furniture cake molds, known as Sapore dei Mobili – or Furniture Tasting, two designers – one Japanese and one Portuguese – came together in Milan, Italy.

Ryosuke Fukusada and Rui Pereira created Sapore dei Mobili to exemplify the fast rate at which new products of contemporary furniture are released each year, for consumers to digest. Thus, Sapore dei Mobili gives them something to literally digest!
