Holiday Decor – How Do You Decorate?

Now that it’s December and Thanksgiving has come and gone, holiday decor is everywhere you turn. Literally, everywhere! It is fun to be surrounded by the holiday cheer, no matter what holiday you celebrate.

Driving around, some houses have lights everywhere, while others have a few here and there. I always wonder what their homes look like on the inside – do people with all of the lights go as crazy with their interiors or do they scale back and put all their effort on the exterior? And the people with no lights and blow-up characters – do they put all of their effort on the interiors or nothing at all?

I guess the way people decorate also depends on the holidays they celebrate – perhaps those celebrating Hanukkah go crazier on their interior decor than on the outside. Although, I have seen several outdoor Hanukkah displays in my neck of the woods.
