Color Palette: Retro

I can’t tell you enough how important color is in interior design. When you walk into any living room, bedroom, or even the kitchen, you should be greeted by a feeling of home. If you’re like many of our subscribers, you love retro/mid-century style living, so take a look at this.

Above is a beautiful living room that not only has retro furniture, but has a retro color palette, too. There are all types of classic, mid-century/retro color palettes and this is just one of them. The dark colors accented by the white wood floors are a nice touch to this space to bring a sense of warmth to the room while not overdoing it.
