Even though we’re five days into the New Year, it’s still early enough to revamp your resolutions. As most resolutions deal with not eating junk food, getting back into the gym, quitting smoking, we’d like to take a different approach by focusing on resolutions for the design and decor in your life.
If you haven’t made any resolutions pertaining to design, or any resolutions at all for that matter, what would you like to work on? Perhaps you’d like to experiment with bolder colors and patterns that typically make you nervous. Or maybe there’s a bathroom in your house that needs a complete renovation but you’ve been putting it off for months.
Resolutions don’t have to be extreme changes; you can work on adding more accessories to your decor, or subtracting if you feel you use too many. Or how about making a resolution to switch things up – such as changing some of your accent pieces with the different seasons?
Another great resolution for your interiors is to organize. If you’re not a spring cleaner, why not take advantage of cold winter weekends to organize closets, pantries and junk drawers?

So tell us, what is your design resolution for 2011?? We’d love to hear!
