Today we’ve got a fun cocktail for you to make sometime this week or for your next party. It’s the Cosmopolitan Champagne Cocktail. Along with the recipe, we’ve got some fabulous flutes for serving: the Biarritz Flute!
Available in sets of four, the Biarritz Flutes are made of handblown glass with a bright base in the color of your choice. They are dishwasher safe and a stylish way to serve champagne.
Here’s the recipe for the delicious Cosmopolitan Champagne:
[Makes 10 Beverages]
1 1/4 cups Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1 1/4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar or agave nectar
4 cups chilled champagne, prosecco or other sparkling wine
Stir together Cointreau, juices, and sugar and chill, covered, 1 to 6 hours. Just before serving, divide among 10 champagne flutes and top off with champagne. Garnish with cranberries, lime wedge, whatever you desire!
