The Straw That Broke The Camel’s Back

Camel is an easy color to incorporate into your home because of its neutrality. A huge trend in fashion for fall, it’s no wonder that camel has become so popular because of its versatile nature.

Shown above is the Split Back Chair in camel leatherette. Below it are six color swatches: red, black, cream, green, navy and brown. All of these colors go greatly with camel, alone or as a combination of several together. Camel can also be paired with brighter and bolder colors, such as turquoise or magenta.

As the photo above uses camel in furniture, it gives you the freedom to paint the walls whatever color you dare. Or, you can go the opposite route and paint your walls a warm camel color and then introduce pops of color around it.

Although camel is currently a hot color for fall, it’s neutral base is timeless. What are your feelings on camel? What colors do you like to pair with this classic color?
